Return Policy

When Can
You Return?

  • If goods are defective, we will examine the returned items and notify you of a refund within a reasonable time, processed within 14 days.
  • Defective goods are refunded in full, including original delivery charges and the cost of returning the item to us.
  • A bespoke contract cannot be cancelled once agreed and a deposit has been paid — the client can change their mind during the specification period only.
  • For bespoke items requiring changes, please discuss this with us directly as soon as possible.
