Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide! Our competition dresses have been worn in over 40 countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout depending on your location.

Can I request a specific design or colour?

Absolutely. Our bespoke service is completely tailored to you. We can work from your own inspiration, sketch, or mood board. Our designers Renata and Weronika will guide you through the process to create something unique. Learn more on our Bespoke page.

How do I take my measurements?

We have a detailed Sizing Guide available on our website. Always take measurements over your dancewear with the help of a second person for accuracy. If you're unsure, send us your measurements and we'll advise on sizing.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns on ready-to-order items within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in original condition. Bespoke and made-to-measure pieces are non-refundable unless faulty. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.

Do you offer alterations on non-Janus dresses?

Yes — Renata is available for alterations on competition dresses from any brand. Our studio is in Stevenston, North Ayrshire, and all appointments are required. Use the contact form to describe the work needed and arrange a session.
